We all like to share the occassional photo here and there. If you're like me, you love taking photos and writing captions for them. Every now and then, you'll come accross the "myspace style" photo that you take of yourself by extending your arms. We've all done it. Yes, I'm sure evn YOU have done it. However, I apparently have been doing them wrong. I guess the perfect "myspace-style" photo is one taken as if a person were standing on a step over you so you are looking up. Yes, that is what I have been told and that it's "hot." So, of course with my desire of wanting to be the "hot girl," I tried this new method of self-photography when I got home (after I slipped into my pjs and hoodie of course).
Here is the result:
Sadly, I took this photo about ten times until I got the one where I don't looke like I'm having a seizure.
So, what's your favorite pose for when you do self-photography?

I blogged this over the phone. I couldn't get the photo to the right spot and I couldn't correct the mistakes. That's suppose to say 2010 was great, obviously not 2011.
ReplyDeleteYou are so 2006.
ReplyDeleteAnd you take the photo from an angle above so you look thinner and a little mysterious. And possibly so you look 20.
These types of self portraits always make me laugh. I have a few 'younger' friends on FB and I swear the only photos they upload are self portraits. Even if I were their age and took a ton of photos like that I don't think I would publish them ALL.
ReplyDeletethinner and look 20! this is how i'm going to take ALL my photos from now on... it's so natural.
